I’ve been living in Santa Ana all my life so the site of clean ass Lowriders dipping on the block is common for me. Having said that, I still get excited every single time I see it! I love driving down major streets like Fairview, Bristol, Main and seeing clean ass rides yielding on to traffic. Is that a new ride, who is it, does it have plaque. These are things that go through my mind in that split second that I see those rides.

That’s why Easter is one of my favorite Lowriding days of the year. That’s the day you see clean ass rides emerging from every single city in Orange County. If you’re from OC, EASTER is the official unofficial day to bust out your ride. For those of you that have been Lowriding for a min you will remember phrases like “I’m building it for Easter” “I heard x Car Club is busting out x amount of new rides on Easter” etc etc.

Like tradition mandates, this year a bunch of local car clubs gathered at Mile Square Park in Fountain Valley. Lining up as early as 5 am these true riders sacrificed sleep to ensure a coveted spot inside the park. After the park a few of us hit Harbor Blvd. and of course Bristol! Channel 4 news joined us and covered the cruise. All in all it was a great day, cant wait until next year! Till then, hope to catch you guys IN TRAFFIC …
